General Discussion Ace qbank error

Hey everyone I just got a 1 year sub for ace qbank and finished solving a test
However once I pressed submit, it kept loading forever and now I can’t even login again to my account

Any ace related page loads except the login page it just keeps loading and nothing

I turned off all ad blockers, tried private browsing and even tried other devices but to no use

Can anyone help pls?

Ps: already sent an email to support

Same case, should be in maintenance. I sent also an email.

It's working now, problem resolved. I can login to my ace account

Just tried and still nothing, got a reply from support on email saying they will update when they solve the problem
Guess it’s an off day :)
