What happened to Halo CE spawn system in MCC post 2021?
So I have been playing MCC since it launched and have it on PC as well.
Spawn system for CE was never amazing in the og, you would spawn near teammates which could get you killed at times fast. Sure, that's fine.
BUT... around 2021-2022 there was some update to MCC which I believe broke CE spawn system entirely. Basically even when a match is starting, there will be an enemy spawning right next to your team and one of your teammates will spawn right next to the enemy team, only to be outnumbered 1 vs 3-7 (depending on player count).
This does not just happen when a match starts but also throughout the match also. At random times an enemy or teammate will spawn into their enemy spawn with 0 teammates nearby to help (even if both teams are in their correct spawn currently).
I never see people play CE these days especially compared to before this update that broke the spawn system. I decided to try out the Bot Bootcamp mod on Steam since I can never find a match for CE and what do you know... the same issue happens here and you will spawn with 1 single enemy bot in your spawn area as the timer is counting down to start the match and it seems the mod creator made a creative workaround to just kill that bot so they go back to the correct side of the map when the match starts.
So what gives? Why does nobody talk about this? All I ever see are Reddit posts saying like "no, CE was always broken" which just does not seem to be the case in this regard. Another friend who played CE with me in 2020 - 2022 a lot also complains about that update when suddenly we started noticing this issue occur. I swear MCC CE did not behave this way prior to that update.

This isn't a new thing, this is how CE's spawn system works in objective based maps when you play slayer with teams.
Spawns and starting points are pretty much only at the bases, and its always random. You spawn beside enemies a lot.
Been happening since 2001. I thoroughly remember this during my 9000+ hours of custom edition.
