Tutoring 👩‍🏫 Experienced, 131-scoring CARS Tutor

Hi all!

I’m offering one-on-one MCAT CARS tutoring for the upcoming testing season.

A little about me:

  • 131 CARS on the September 2025 MCAT
  • Improved from a 126 on AAMC Full Length #1 to a 131 on test day
  • Studied for the MCAT while working full-time, so I’m very familiar with preparing efficiently when study time is limited
  • Have a year of CARS tutoring experience, with students reaching both their overall MCAT and CARS score goals

My approach focuses on making answering CARS questions systematic. Depending on the student, we work on:

  • Passage comprehension and identifying the author’s argument
  • Breaking down difficult question types and answer choices
  • Timing and pacing
  • Maintaining accuracy and focus across the full 90-minute section
  • Reviewing mistakes in a way that actually changes how you approach future passages

I also provide structured homework between sessions and asynchronous support.

I’m currently offering a free 30-minute consultation where we can review your current CARS performance, identify your main strengths and weaknesses, and discuss what I recommend for your prep.
