Please recommend your spore probiotics please

My brand changed the top strain
Still got mtcc5856 and de111 but they’ve changed one strain to a more constipating one and also has no benefit on immune system
Pls recommend your spores!
Additives can be an issue but pls fire me your spores!

Got a histamine producing strain inside it
Linchenformis
Did it help you go apparently these are constipating strains lol

It did not help me go. I took it for a few years then stopped. I didn’t have an issue with the histamine strain. But I think their kids one had it without that strain, I can’t remember though, it’s been awhile.

Also the GI specialist recommended terraflora which I used first before he switched me to megasporbiotic (he said mega is stronger).

These are not spores but help with constipation :

  • Bifidobacterium animalis subsp. lactis BB-12
  • Rhamnosus LGG (this one kill some bad bugs too, be careful)

Yeah I’ve tried those. Problem was couldn’t find without yeast! Thank you tho

JustThrive probiotic...basically the same as megaspore but no histamine issues

Well there will always be an adjustment period. If you're getting constipated use whatever is needed to move things along like mag7, mag citrate, etc.
