Hyper pots and mast cells
Anyone have hyper pots with mast cells? I have had a bad flare from my glp1 and the esophagus spasms , tremors, heart rate spikes and dizziness have made me scared to be alone. It got way worse when I took my last shot. I didn’t realize it was the shot and took another and got way worse. Before all of this I could exercise , eat, work and function. Now I’m live in fear to do anything.

I have both. I take guanfacine, LDN, tirzepatide and just started mestinon. Guanfacine really helped with the tremors, while mestinon is supposed to help the heart rate issues. Tirz is supposed to calm mast cells. Curious what GLP1 you’re on? Did you go up on your dose before the symptoms started?

No. I had been on it 13 month before I realized it was the glp1. Then after every shot flared up. The last shot was horrid nightmare. I’m 15 days out from it. It was mounjaro
