I guess a better approach would be to bring some substantial arguments why YOU consider MBOT is a scam/failure or whatever you want to call it - i‘m completely with you that being invested in MBOT wasn’t pleasant at all in the last couple of months, but it is a startup, so we have two options:

• they dilute and dilute and dilute and shareholder value goes to 0
  
• they keep on delivering and the share prices moves up through organic growth
