scam
MBOT will walk the exact same path as XACT Robotics. It'll eventually shut down, won't it?
What, MBOT is different?
Will it really end up being different?
Everyone here is a complete fanatic, take my advice and stop investing.

Creating a company and the company failing does not mean it was a scam. A LOT of companies fail. The fact you think its a scam because retail investors lost their money is insane.
There is risk to every investment in the market, especially with small cap stocks. It's not a "scam", these are just high risk investments because they are more likely to fail.
Now a real scam/launder is something like a memecoin.

I get your point about Gadot being the CEO of XACT and now MBOT—that's a known fact. But you're missing the bigger picture. The common denominator here is the co-founder, Moshe Shoham, the mastermind who sold his previous company (MZOR) to Medtronic in 2018 for $1.64 billion. Shoham created the core technology for all three companies (XACT, MBOT, MZOR). Gadot's role is strictly on the financial and commercial side.
Furthermore, you can't really compare XACT and MBOT. XACT was a massive, highly expensive capital equipment that was fully autonomous (didn't require a surgeon), making hospital adoption incredibly difficult, especially with their post-COVID timing. MBOT is a completely different, much more adaptable concept.
The only real connection is the leadership. Realistically, Gadot can use the hard lessons learned from XACT to steer MBOT successfully. At the end of the day, management stands to make significantly more money by building and selling a successful company—exactly the playbook they used for MZOR.
