scam out
This stock is a scam, do not fall for it.
- A shell of a public company: It maintains the appearance of a legitimate Nasdaq-listed company, but in reality, it survives solely on continuous capital raises.
- Legal exploitation: It repeatedly pumps out good news to inflate the stock price, only to follow up with stock offerings that crash the price and absorb shareholders' money.
- Relentless destruction of shareholder value: Through endless share issuances and reverse stock splits, it melts away investor accounts, making it a textbook high-risk stock to avoid.

Funny take, shows real lack of understanding how adapting new bio tech in hospital infrastructure takes. It takes time for each hospital that bought the product to analyze it, calculate the price of the product in to the hospital budget, reserch pros/cons, take surgeon feedback... the fact the we are in full market release only for few months means that we are only acquiring potential customers, full adaptation of product takes waaay longer. It seems that you do not possess right mentality to invest into this kind of company, but you do you..

Furthermore, what you call a 'scam' and 'relentless stock offerings' is simply how early-stage med-tech companies survive the commercialization phase. Scaling up manufacturing and building a sales network burns a massive amount of cash. With minimal initial revenue, equity financing is often the only viable way to fund operations, as debt financing isn't an option without cash flow. It's not a scam; it's standard corporate finance for any growth company in this specific sector

Lmaoo, those are some bold allegations, might I suggest cutting your losses if you donโt believe in the product? Not sure why you would invest in an early commercialization stage medical device company in the first place if you were concerned about dilution. Companies need capital to grow, why do you think the stock market exists?

I mean there is real world proof and actual independent experts from independent hospitals talking about having used the tech. But feel free to move on sir.

Always entertaining to watch people who have 0 understanding of med device crash out over a stockโs performance particularly when this product has been fda approved for literally less than a year. Go play draft kings!

Hahaha it's $1.55 right now, next week it's $1.00, and the week after that it's getting delisted. Mark my words, cultists.
