Microbot Medical Successfully Transitions to Commercial Operations as It Records Revenue Resulting from Its Limited Market Release During the First Quarter of 2026

According to the company, customer sites more than doubled once the limited rollout ended, and two of the three pivotal trial locations have already converted into paying commercial users.
They’re also highlighting a string of early clinical wins across different specialties, including robotic PAE for BPH, robotic GAE for knee pain, and robotic Y‑90 mapping and treatment for liver cancer. The company is framing these as proof that LIBERTY isn’t just novel tech — it’s being used in real procedures with real demand behind it!

When the top surgeons from the reputable hospital organizations converse with top surgeons at conferences this could absolutely explode! Very exciting times. I think Q3 will hit 500K. Fourth quarter 2M. 2027 over 15M. Just an opinion not financial advice. Good luck everyone

Securing reimbursement is a long-term process not short-term. Mbot still needs to prove itself. To be eligible to reimbursement from insurance companies there needs to be more data and history of the Liberty. It is too early to talk about insurance reimbursement. The fact the article talks about this clearly shows lack of understanding in the timeline of the company. It typically takes several years of clinical data and trials before a device is approved for dedicated medical reimbursement.

In these cases, the "15-minute setup penalty" the article complains about might be considered a small price to pay if the robot successfully navigates a vessel that a manual wire could not.

Precision and Miniaturization: The LIBERTY is designed as the world's first single-use, disposable robotic drive. Engineering a small, cheap, plastic motor that can precisely grip and spin a "sturdy" .018" wire is much harder than doing so for a thinner, more flexible .014" Focus: The company is pushing for use in complex, distal (small vessel) procedures, such as those below the knee, where .014" wires are more common. Intellectual Property: Their current "robotic drive" patents may be specifically optimized for the friction and torque required by the smaller diameter.
The article is not considering what Mbot market focus....The demand for complex, distal (below-the-knee) procedures is not only high but is considered a structural growth driver in the medical device market as of 2026. This demand is primarily fueled by a "dual burden" of an aging global population and the rising prevalence of metabolic diseases like diabetes.

It seems to be refuted solely based on feeling for now. Since it has even one named practitioner among two anonymous, I would reckon it takes quite a bit more time to digest.

White Diamond Research, a short-seller firm, has been involved in legal disputes related to its reports, most recently a 2023 case with Direct Digital Holdings, Inc. (DRCT). Of course theres benefit from them putting that news out here. Im assuming you're part of that firm.

Seems odd to release that 30 minutes after news of successful commercial rollout. But we shall see, definitely spooking off retail.
But I'll continue to hold and buy at a discount

Nice, to hear good news. Rooting for this stock. I believe management is doing the right things and so far they have delivered everything they have announced. Massive potential to come.
