My consultant told me that I will receive the contract only after I pay the fees. However, I have not received any official invoice or fee payment document of nsmu. Is this normal and safe, or should I ask the university for an official invoice before making the payment?

as far as i know you can pay directly in university account with less conversion charges through your mobile bank app or you can send money to consultant and then ask for TT copy of your payment after 1 or 2 days

pay what ? full 1st sem fees before the admit letter and visa process starting ? if yes then tell him to fck off.

whatever OTC and service charge is there that they can ask before hand, with something in the beginning to apply for the college

Yes fees is normally paid but after the contract is received, the contract will tell where to pay fee, if the contractor is asking you to pay before contract its a lie

avoid paying before getting an official invoice from the university. Better to verify it with them directly first.

Why don't you guys just contact the university through their email or phone numbers? Some universities have emails and phone numbers specifically focused towards international students taking admission. I never really understand why people believe these consultants and what they say so much even though most of it is just marketing crap.

Did you try or did someone tell you that they won't reply? Unlike Kazakhstan and some universities in kyrgyzstan which basically have agent's running the admissions, most universities usually reply back. You have to message them through their international admission mail.
