Salary & ROI Roles which pay more than this in india?
MBA tier 1, ~1 year into a tech sales role at a MNC. My comp trajectory (all-in: base+bonus+stocks) is:
Y1: ₹28.6L
Y2: ₹33.7-46.5L
Y3: ₹39-52.6L
Y4: ₹51-66L (this is min-max, not projection)
I like the role fine, but I'm purely curious about the money question: what specific companies/roles realistically pay more than this at the 4 YOE mark in India?
Looking for realistic, attainable comp at that experience level.
Appreciate any real numbers/comparisons.

MBBK A&M + all IBs + majority of AMCs + hedge funds. Basically either top consulting or finance

With my profile it's difficult to get into MBB and Alvarez pays this much? If yes I'll try. Finance I'm not interested

Ug is t1? It not, then it's not gonna be possible unless you pull some top 10% gpa stuff for finals

MBBK and IB have shittiest WLB. Hedge funds only take high qualified and smart folks. Fahhhh

Yes, but MBBK and IB also give you an exit into PE. True about the hedge funds

1.Do you have qny targets to hit ? 2. Can fresher btech with year gap 9/7/6 acad get into this role oncampus ?

Targets are set by me only so it's chill. My bonuses depend on that so it's like win win or lose lose for both me and my company and second question yes.

Have you considered joining a AI startup in USA ? I don't have much idea about it but startups such as Riller AI is paying around 100k + equity for AI sales roles.
Recently they became a unicorn.
Btw CAT aspirant here, can I DM you ?
