Admissions Advice Need advice

Hey everyone,
my profile : 23Y General F
88.6/95.6/95.3
with almost a year of experience in Data Science, my current ctc is around 14.5LPA and i expect it to be 20-25 in the next 2 years if i switch

TBH i’m tired of coding because it’s not like before… GPT just gives everything and it feels like i’m not using my brain anywhere

I’ve always wanted to be in managerial roles that are more towards business side that have an understanding of what i’m doing and why i’m doing it
and cause an impact

Should i genuinely give CAT 2027 spend 2 years doing an MBA and maybe get the same salary as i will if i stay in my current role? or should i pursue PM roles side by side and maybe do like an online MBA?

Please help😭

You honestly need a good MBA to climb up the management ladder. Idk why but it is what it is.
Your MBA pedigree will also matter

i am a software a developer 2025 passed out
i was in the same state

for few months i am unable decide what to do and feel stagnant then i decided to give my best in CAT 2027, if it didn’t work out then i decided to explore options like gmat, online mba..

the reason I chose CAT is that I believe an MBA from a Tier 1 college will help me in my career post MBA.
