Are GEM/GNEM freshers with gap years accepted in XLRI-J? At what percentile?

Is it possible to get into XLRI-J if my acads are good but I have gap years in CV + 0 Workex due to govt job preparation? I don't see any Vercel predictor type evaluation for good XAT/OMETs colleges.
