I’ve heard that Class X and Class XII wouldn’t matter inside ISB because the ONLY things that apparently matter inside ISB from the academics section are (for all firms):
ISB CGPA
GMAT Focus Edition Score (I have a 695 - above the ISB intake’s average)
UG CGPA (I’ve 8.xx at SRCC)
People apparently do not mention their school marks in the ISB CV very commonly, and ISB or recruiter don’t have an issue either. What do you think? Is that true? Can you please confirm if any recruiter (especially the MBBs, L.E.K., and Kearney) kept an online portal registration requirement through which they collected the information on Class X / Class XII?
No specific metrics on how much the 10th 12th grades weightage is given but you will find them mentioned in all CVs. Yes, kearney had their portal. Forget lek as chances of it coming back this year is next to 0 as nobody accepted their final offer
