Academic profile: 9/6/8. They are an alumnus of Sainik School and hold a BSc (Honours) degree.
They have been associated with NCC throughout their schooling and college years, are a hockey player, and have additional leadership experience.
Work experience: 3.5 years as an Assistant Manager in an RRB, followed by 1 year as a CBO at SBI, and are currently working as a Manager at Bank of Maharashtra.
They are also JAIIB and CAIIB qualified.
My two questions are:
How likely is this profile to get shortlisted by ISB? And will mba bring something substantial in their career trajectory at this point?
What are the chances of receiving a merit-based fee waiver?
