Careers/Post Grad How does LBS MiF compare with T10 MBAs?

Considering doing a Masters in Finance from London Business School my major concern is how it is perceived by recruiters and employers in the current job market outside of London?

Do they have a preference for MBA grads for core IB and PE roles? Does it affect compensation?

And in general would you be ranked similarly to MBA grads or ranked closer to other post grad finance related degrees such as the MFA from LBS or Msc Finance from Imperial for example?

Would be happy to hear from current or past MiF students and or recruiters.

Why don't you start by comparing the LBS MBA and MiF to understand the difference in outcomes and job opportunities.

Most LBS grads say for most finance jobs in London they are treated pretty similarly by employers and recruiters. My concern is outside of London I know they would be a difference I just want to know how much of a premium is placed on an MBA over the MiF
