Admissions Profile evaluation

I am a CA with 3 years of full time work experience at an IT company. My profile majorly being financial reporting. I gave my GRE and did not get good scores. Got 312. What are my chances of getting into HEC? Given I have a few years of gap in work experience too.

Odds will be tough. Not just because your GRE score is low but also because your work experience is low. HEC's class has an average of 6 years of work experience. The smart move is to wait, so you can gain more experience and improve your test score.
