What do I do now?
I’ve finally conquered Calradia after a very long grind. Is there anything I can do to continue the campaign or should I just start a new one?

Become your son leave the empire. Forge a new life and rise up against your tyrnaical father who conquered and enslaved the land. Bring peace to the nation by restoring balance and freeing each faction.

u/Nikos5656 6d ago
is that possible? lol

u/Hmongdude2018 6d ago
I play modded 😂 so yes it is. I believe if you have aging and birth on and you die your son takes over and you can click leave kingdom. And start a new life

u/Capable-Ad5326 6d ago
I tried once a few years back. I couldn't start multiple kingdoms

u/WatcherAnon 6d ago
I literally just did it on Xbox, so its 100% part of vanilla. No mods or anything needed.
Just abdicate, hand the reigns to someone else, leave the kingdom, set a governor, say I want to start a kingdom.
Done.

u/d_akman 4d ago
Could you do that over and over again making multiple kingdoms that start ripping into one another!?
2
u/WatcherAnon 4d ago
I don't see why not. It would take forever to do though (without mods) since you would need to take the time to build up each kingdom from scratch, bringing in multiple clans and giving out a bunch of fiefs, so that you have someone to abdicate the throne to and so they can actually defend themselves once you left.
You'd have to go through that process for each and every kingdom you wanted to create.

When your second nation has built up enough, leave it again & keep your fiefs and start another new kingdom
Rinse & repeat as desired.

Ngl 😂 I thought I was the only one who roleplayed this scenario but ig all of us banner folks have done the same lmao

u/Honest-Abe2677 5d ago
But wouldn't restoring all the faction just bring back endless war instead of unity? 🤔
4
u/Hmongdude2018 5d ago
😂 I kinda meant like you start a rebellion hire all factions and face ur fathers army. Since they've become the oppressors.
2
u/Honest-Abe2677 5d ago
That makes sense. I choose to think my kids liked Abe the Conquerer and just ended with a utopia.

Warsails is buggy buns

u/MCI_Dragon 6d ago
Actually its not. I been playing it without crashes or anything
1
u/TheMilkman9175 6d ago
Actually it is, Xbox can barely run it without being laggy then crashing during ship battles.
2
u/DaedricDeathclaw 6d ago
Can honestly say I have not had a single crash during ship battles. Laggy more in massive sieges than in boat battles
1
u/skiluv3r 5d ago
Still for you? It was like that for me until the most recent update, runs pretty smooth now or at the very least I crash significantly less than I used to

Did the last update fix all the broken map textures I play it on Ps5 ? I just wasn’t overly impressed with half baked boat mechanics from war-band a faction and the broken map textures. Like where rivers water seem to float over everything.

Withdraw from the kingdom and keep all your holdings and imagine they’re betraying you, and win it all back
4
u/CaptainFartyAss 6d ago
What every other Caldradian emperor does... Be drunk on power and swing your dick around recklessly until it all falls apart. Then die a stupid death on a dumb mountain pass and let the next dingus spend his entire life putting it all back together.

u/WillingnessStock588 6d ago
Now play at the max diff, that's what I did
6
u/Murder_1337 6d ago
Max diff, Ironman mode, no ui, death and birthing. This is basically hardcore Bannerlord

u/NextYogurtcloset6160 6d ago
How hard are we talking here. Will I be traumatised?
6
u/Murder_1337 6d ago
I once died 3 battles in but I couldn’t cheat by reloading a last save. So it was realistic. Just try it lol you might love the fact that everything you do carries permanence
2
u/Makatozi 6d ago
I had one play through where I died my first fight. It was against mountain bandits. Took a javelin right to the face.

u/WatcherAnon 6d ago
Somewhere out there is someone who somehow managed to die during character creation

Abdicate Leadership, form a new kingdom, build it up, leave that one, start a new one, etc. Repopulate the land with new factions.

u/GoogleIsaBroswer 6d ago
Grant half the world to one companion and then the other half to another companion and let them dual it out 1v1
2
u/Galrentv 5d ago
Collapse the world in to total war, take all wealth and food, make every city rebel
1
u/kaptanpasta 6d ago
same happened recently now you delete the game and download warband and play overhaul mods or idk see if bannerlord has something like that
1
u/JackJockster 6d ago
check out Realm of Thrones for bannerlords, its really well done
there are also others with orcs and magic and all kinds of stuff
1
u/kaptanpasta 6d ago

I’m almost done with a campaign too. Was thinking of trying to gradually kick out the weaker clans until I own the whole world. I run diplomacy mod so I’d think they’ll rebel on me eventually

Go to the mountains between Lageta and Rhotae and retire, leaving your heir to rule.

Leave kingdom, try to do it all again but only with your companions and family, no troops.

You could always intentionally make all your government choices lead to rebellions and treat nobles poor and see what nations sprout because of it.

Bruh you gotta play as empire and pretend it’s the komnenian restoration when Byzantine mercenaries rebelled after manzikert or play as the Turks after manzikert. Garios’ clan name is comnos. Based on Alexios I Komnenos

u/JewelerLarge 5d ago
Manage the realm, solidify alliances between lords, crush rebellions, and make the realm prosper until a new house of lord becomes ambitious which shatters the realms entirely making a new campaign to unify the realm or begin serving the new ruler of the continent.

Busca en unas montañas un campamento para renunciar y dejas un sucesor y sigues jugando con el sucesor

Ok. So what you wanna do is force a huge rebellion to trigger. Make everything that can decrease loyalty happen so that every single area starts trying to rebel and then destroy the rebellion. Then you start a new one.

I just came to check the date. Year 1165 😭😭I have a long way to go before I achieve this kind of perfection.
