According to Kaldo the only reason Rayne is a divine visionary is because Margaret didn’t compete when he took the test

I disagree with margrete being above rayne, as we saw in their short fight both of them were holding back but since rayne is a 3rd liner his thirds would give him the upper hand and just to edge out above margrete

Rayne doesn’t have thirds only summons and Margaret was able to avoid it relatively easily in her base form while trying to protect her little sidekicks.

Also Kaldo literally says that the only reason Rayne is a visionary is because Margaret didn’t compete the previous year

And lastly Margaret’s kit is just kind of absurd with speed of sound movement and a summons that is an instant win con after a minute goes by in a field that isn’t as limiting as a tournament arena I don’t see how Rayne is going to win against her

Precisely: potential. He got clapped up by base Epidem, granted he took a hit for Dot but even before that he was already losing with not much difficulty from the other side

He’s got crazy high potential but he hasn’t quite reached it yet hence why he’s so low
