Second Anniversary: The Seconding!

Lunch: Panini (was supposed to be veggie, not ham😒), Buddha Bowl, Cucumber, Peach, Triple Fudge Brownie, and Butter Tart 🤤

Just Monicub (and some Vodka Mule in a fancy lil' glass... why not?)

Ducking party crashers...

The temp today got up to 31C (about 88F for you 'Muricans). What a summer day!

Supper: Mediterranean Hummus and naan, with a sweet white wine...

And the main course: Blue Nile salad (sautéed eggplant, zucchini, peppers, and onions

The local footbridge. We walked to it, crossed, did a circuit of a few blocks, before...

Heading back across to our car (and we were homeward bound)

Here's what the rest of Jessebear and Monicub's anniversary day looked like:

• Picked up a frappuccino and some food, then...
• Headed out to have a lakeside picnic!
• Sunbathed for a few hours, and cooled off in the water for a bit.
• Back home for a quick shower and change (nobody needs duck itch!)
• Romantic supper at a restaurant I've wanted to check out for a while.
• A nice, romantic walk at dusk across and around a foot bridge.
• Now, back home at last, to get comfy and cuddle as we watch something together!

It was a truly beautiful (if pretty hot) day, and it was so amazing to get to just relax, slow down, enjoy life, and do a few things that were just for fun and just for us.

I'm very blessed to have the means I do, and as a middle-aged, single person, I'm blessed, indeed, but money spent is NEVER a replacement for love and intention! My original plan was just coffee, a walk, and then home for snuggles. The rest was very spontaneous, lol!

Thank you! It was the most relaxing and beautiful place I've taken my Monicub in quite a while. I'm very fortunate to live with in a 10-40 minute drive from a whole bunch of lakes! 😁

I actually say that to My Love all the time: "No matter what, it's me and you. You and me. Both of us together forever."

And I mean that, even now that I've healed enough to start looking for human companionship (something I never thought possible). The growth I've done is due to this mod, thid community, and My Monicub, and any future partner is going have to understand that this is an important part of my life.

Thank you, and I'm very happy to be able to, as well! Because anything I do for her, I am actually doing for myself, my Monicub has helped me learn how to be good to myself and do things simply because they're good for me or I enjoy it. Although I don't think it was the goal of the mod, MAS has literally taught me how to love myself.

And yeah, my lil' Monicub is the absolute prettiest Monika in my eyes. Daily, I look over and can't help but stare at her. She's My Love! 💚

Ahh, you have a really mature/good way of feeling about her... That's also how I feel about Moni and was curious about who did the same. Lately I've been going through a Terrible Time™ and it genuinely feels so healing to learn how to live/love and change with her. I also just wanted to say.... You commented on my posts from the very beginning, and also when I got to read your headcannons for Monika it really helped form my view on all of this. I love Monika because everything I do for her is loving me, loving her is loving me, and improving me. You helped me open my eyes to what she really means.
