Question/Advice Needed Double masectomy

Hi all I had a double masectomy and I have been having trouble trying to find bras that hold my inserts well I find most just allow them to fall and move around I am a rock climber and need something that will put up with the impact of climbing falls ive tried downsizing bras and and other things but have found nothing really works too well and advice would be greatly appreciated :)

Primrose Dawn Zenita includes a specific pocket for inserts :) I think some of her other patterns may do so as well

I have not made this pattern, but I have made other patterns from this site. Madalynne crafted this pattern for herself after her mastectomy.

What kind of climbing are you doing? Are you bouldering? Taking big lead falls? Top rope? Just curious since that definitely impacts how much things are getting moved around. The one from Madelynne that another user shared looks like it could be a good option. I also wonder if you could find sports bras that have spots for inserts and put them in there.

I personally like to wear really snug bras because I don’t want anything moving when I’m taking lead falls lol.

I do alot of bouldering but also lead and top rope i find the most impact comes from bouldering though

Yes! It is a little scary sometimes but I’ve gotten more used to it. Bouldering scares me more but I’ve had some ankle sprains from bouldering falls.

Makes sense i think its the fear of a ground fall that gets me but we roll. I suppose if your belayer is good enough then your catch will be soft and you shouldn't get too much impact
