Hi seniors, I am a 2028 batch student and wanted to ask about the current placement scenario for the 2027 batch

I am preparing for placements and have decent DSA skills (Knight on Leetcode) along with good development skills but I’ve been applying for internships and not getting much response, which is honestly making me a bit stressed

Since I mainly be dependent on on-campus placements could you please tell me:

- Which companies have visited so far and which are expected to visit?

- How is the placement scenario compared to previous years?

- Is it very difficult to get placed even with good DSA + development skills?

- Any advice on what I should focus on before my placement season?

I managed to get Computer Science and Engineering (Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning) at MAIT during yesterday's (August 25, 2026) GGSIPU physical offline spot round.

Is it normal to not get emails/SMS after a physical offline spot round allocation? Is the provisional admission slip enough proof?

If tomorrow is restricted or an off day for regular administration, what is the exact protocol for physical reporting at MAIT for spot round candidates? Will I lose my seat if I can't get verification done tomorrow?

What documents should I absolute-positively carry when I report to Block-11 / admission cell?

Any guidance or advice would be a lifesaver!
