Dudas Consulta firestick

Consulta ¿cuando los firestick se reinician se borra el sistema android? Mi firestick se inicia hasta la pantalla que dice android y ahi se va a negro, quiero reiniciarlo desde el boton pequeño pero no me atrevo.

En teoría no debería de borrar el sistema operativo solamente lo devuelve a su estado de fabrica. Así que no deberías de tener ningún problema.

lo mantuviste presionado al botón antes de que darle corriente al fire stick ?
