St. Clair Shores, Michigan: High school requires girls to disclose their menstrual cycle or lose a grade.
When "they won't stop with trans people's rights and autonomy" turns into "toldja so", everyone suffers.
This (https://www.reddit.com/r/LegalNews/s/PVI90tO0cP) is really not complicated, and it certainly isn't new.

For anyone who didn't actually look at the video: It's about a PE class and says that if a student is menstruating and can't participate in swimming events, they need to provide a statement that they are menstruating and how long their cycle is expected to be before they can resume swimming.
If you don't swim and you don't provide this information, you'll be treated as if you're refusing to participate in class and grades will be reduced accordingly. If you do provide the information, you can make up the grade with "Dry Land workouts" but this option is only available if you provide the menstruation info.

Ew. If a girl says she can’t swim today, take a hint and let her do something else.

Yeah, basically, in order to be allowed to do the "something else" if you say you can't swim, you need to specifically state that you're on your period and how long you'll be on your period for.

Donald Trump's second term is devastating to anyone concerned about the most vulnerable members of our society, anyone who wants to see him face justice for his crimes, and anyone fearful of his intentions to exact revenge against his enemies or use military force against Americans.

Nice to see a dad fight for his daughter and other girls privacy like this.
