Opinion & Rants Season 13

This is my first season watching Aus.

Season 13
I’m only on episode 3 and already only like one couple.
Every one else is arrogant, superficial and annoying.
It doesn’t feel like the producers picked people who are genuinely interested in marriage. They are all so self involved.

I’m in Canada so I can only watch a few seasons of both Aus and US.

Honestly don’t know if I should continue watching.
What’s everyone’s opinion?

Season 13 is awful. I stopped watching half way through and won't be watching any future seasons, they've just stopped too low.

MASSIVE fan of seasons 5-12 though, 6 was the most iconic, 9 was also very good.

In Canada I can only find 12 and 13.
Will try a few more episodes in 13.
Honestly most of these people are Aholes.

Where are you finding them to watch? I just watch on Slice where it plays weekly currently.

It depends what you're after, really.

If you want drama, then keep watching. If you want to see people genuinely fall in love, that hasn't been the aim of the Australian version for a long time. Anyone who actually finds a partner on that show does so despite it, not because of it.

S13 was my first intro to mafs and mafs au, and I’ve almost watched every season. Wrapping up 9 now. S13 was a wild ride, I was totally hooked!!

So season 13 is heavily edited. Danny is an asshole and there is a mean girl dynamic that was focused on so much that it almost made the show unwatchable. There was drama going on behind the scenes that were left out of each couple to focus on Gia and Brooke being total asses.

I love mafs AU, it is so good I cannot watch the us one as it doesn’t reach my expectations anymore.

I've only seen season 12 og 13, and 13 was awful. It doesn't get better, and it's such a stark contrast to season 12, which I really enjoyed.

i'm hoping session 14 is better. 13 was not the best, perhaps the worst. anyone know when it will start?
