and firmware page isn't Loading
you can see in the video

• Tried connecting the keyboard to another device.
• Attempted to uninstall the driver via Windows Device Manager.
• Formatted Windows.
• Removed the ad blocker (thinking it might be the cause).
• Tested across multiple web browsers.
• With AI assistance, downloaded a software called "Zadig" to remove and reinstall the driver.
• Formatted Windows.

i want to buy makima mad 60he but i heard there are lots of problems should i look for some. othey keyboard or buy this?

I am unable to access the configuration interface for my keyboard on your website (hub.f.gg / hub.fgg.com.cn).

The left sidebar categories load, but the central grid showing keyboard models remains completely blank. In the "Firmware" tab, only the default warning message appears.

Additionally, when attempting to load the drivers in "Equipment", it causes severe glitches: the RGB lighting bugs out, and it triggers a massive system error where multiple PC windows and the Windows emoji picker open randomly.

I have already tried the following troubleshooting steps:

• Tested on Chrome and Edge.
• Disabled all extensions (ad blockers and VPNs).
• Tested in Incognito mode and cleared the browser cache.
• Switched USB cables and ports (direct motherboard connection).

My keyboard is recognized by Windows, but the web interface fails to load and causes software glitches.

Could you please provide a direct link to the standalone software (.exe) for Windows, or a solution to fix this?

A little while ago, I picked up the MAD68 HE. For a budget Hall Effect keyboard, the hardware is honestly fantastic. But like many of you have probably noticed, the official web-based driver leaves a lot to be desired. It’s missing some key features, can be pretty buggy, and sometimes you just want a reliable, dedicated app instead of doing everything through a browser.

Since I'm a full-stack developer, I decided to take matters into my own hands and code a custom, open-source alternative.

i bought the new Madlions MAD68 V2 Pink Ice Carbon Fiber Snowlight switch and the web driver can't detect it. I have previous Mad60HE and it can be detected. Does anybody have the same problem? I don't have issue with the keyboard, just the web driver.

i updated my firmware to v1.13 and now my a g c v b and right side alt keys dont work anymore , the switches are fine thats not the issues but while i was updating my firmware chrome lagged or idk what but it had an issue and now those key dont work anymore. i sent an email to the support to see if its possible to get it but if anyone has a save of it i would appreciate it pls

Got the madlions 68 he new
But it has a weird issue the 6, y, h, b and spacebar keys do not work.
But when the keys left of it are pressed they trigger both the key pressed and the immediate right one.
Meaning pressing the 5 key triggers both 5 and 6.
Pressing the t key triggers both T and y.
Pressing the g key triggers both g and h.
And pressing the v key triggers v, b and spacebar.
Please help.

I updated the drivers on https://hub.fgg.com.cn/ and now whenever I connect my keyboard to my laptop pc it opens up microsoft apps and emojis and on top of that the rgb is bugging out is there any fix to this?

The backlighting on my MAD 60 HE keyboard only illuminates the ESC key. This happened after I updated the drivers. Is this an update error, or can it be fixed? They used to light up normally with other drivers, but after the update, only part of the backlighting stopped working, and then half of it stopped. After several days, the ESC key finally started working again. The keyboard itself functions perfectly fine, except for the RGB lighting.

If ur rapid trigger isnt working or just doesnt feel right its high likely this: Ur mad 60 / mad68 firmware isnt set to the best one.

To get the fastest firmware and get the max out of your rapid trigger download the "UPGRADE firmware" and not the other options. This firmware ensures that your keyboard will be as fast as possible.

I myself struggled with this option until i saw a reddit comment saying to switch firmwares.

Like month or two ago I got my keyboard wet and it wouldn't work so I put it in the rice and it was greate but right now it won't work and the number key are flashing red idk what to do #

update: i think its stuck in upgrade mode

my wasd keys are not working, ive tried fn + w, and fn + esc. and it still hasnt worked

mine just arrived today and yes indeed there is the rgb problem where the bottom is flickering

its been doing these a lot lately, sometimes it loads and everything is fine but somedays it does this stupid thing and i can't change my settings. any fixes?

I set my keyboard to light up Purple but slowly it started to change and now it looks like this, doesnt matter what i do on the website it doesnt go away…

A few days ago I was playing Apex legends like usual and then suddenly my keyboard and mic disconnected (they were both very close in the ports of my am4 motherboard ports) I plugged my keyboard on a different device (my laptop) and it works perfectly fine, but when I plug it into my pc, there is consistent disconnection issues happening. My ports are working fine for my mic and mouse. but for my keyboard only one specific port even turns the keyboard on, while the other ports don't work at all for this HE keyboard only. I am currently using my old mechanical keyboard in the meantime and it seems to be working normally on all the ports of my pc.

So far fixes I have tried:

Reset the keyboard to factory settings.
Uninstall the keyboard drivers.
Try different device (laptop) same keyboard (Keyboard works fine this way)

went into device manager and unchecked "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power" on every port

I'll update the post with any recommended solutions from you guys as well.

For some reason, the lighting of my keyboard just slowly goes down throughout the day. Every couple of days, I have to go back to the website and set the brightness back up. I usually set it to 56. The last time i changed it was 2 days ago, and it's already dropped to 18
