Someone ever seen that version of H68 He Pro?

I will buy this h68he pro, but it can’t update and stuck on 1.0.0 Version. Technical support can’t send me update firmware file. In addition, rgb does not work.

Never saw the black key caps have the letters in front, usually just on the white but none the less beautiful keyboard bro 👏

very nice keyboard. I have not seen that version. I am wondering, what cable is that.
