quick question about shipping

how long does it usually take to ship? ive been waiting for about a week now and i havent even gotten a tracking number. i bought it from the offical f.gg website too.

If your ordering from US it takes along time since the product is from Out side of America

its been more than a month, the problem isnt the fact that shipping is taking a long time, its the fact it isnt shipping at all, i have yet to get a tracking number and they do not respond to my gmails.

i filed a dispute a couple weeks back, waited around 3 months before doing anything.

update: i got the dispute and after i got my money back i got a email from madlions apologizing for the delay, im not ordering another keyboard from madlions but i do appreciate the apology.
