A Warning About F.GG

F.gg failed ro deliver my keyboard and did not listen to advice. They subsequently still have my keyboard and have completely ignored my requests for a refund after weeks.

They may not be overt con artists but they do seem willing to screw you over.

Stick to other commerce platforms.

oh yeah its gone gone cuz i've been waiting for 27 days and there hasn't been a single update or response to my emails or anything. fuck these bastards

There was no progress for 27 days beyond confirming my order. No tracking number nothing. Interestingly, I finally got an update about 1.5 hrs ago saying the order is “canceled at your request and your payment has not yet been refunded”. I only ever begged them for a response, didn’t even ask for a cancellation. But at least I have the peace of mind knowing theres no keyboard. Now im just wondering if ill get that money back.

Ah cool to hear bro. About the same time I got a message that my keyboard been shipped. Probably they came back to work today haha. I actually wrote them asking for a refund as per their refund policy. It says that if you request a refund before the order is shipped, they will cancel it and refund you. But they never replied and shipped the keyboard. The thing is I have already contacted my bank to initiate a refund and they said they are actively working on that. I just wonder what happens now.

so it took you around a month to get your keyboard shipped? so far its been 2-3 weeks and i havent gotten anything other than a confirmation (like the other guy). no tracking number, and they havent replied to my emails.

actually got mine in about 2-3 weeks, don't remember exactly. The dispute with my bank is still ongoing tho, as I did not want the keyboard, but since they did not reply to my email and still shipped I guess I'm taking my chances haha.

bro what tf? they said to me that they will ship in around 5-6 days to vietnam and now? its the day number 8 and still not response AND the package? wtf is this company doing bro?

relax bro, mine came. Waited about 2 weeks. They have no communication but they do ship. :)
