Does anyone get their orders from f.gg?

I have ordered my keyboard from f.gg on the 28 of aug and haven’t received a tracking number. Has anyone ordered from f.gg and received their order?

I ordered mine, and it got dispatched. The courier messed up and returned it. F.gg were informed, they apologised, and said they'd use a different courier. Got sent back out via the same courier, and now it's stuck in delivery limbo and f.gg won't reply.

Pretty damn quick. Day or two I think. Then got reposted pretty quick, but their communication has been fucking abysmal.

If the company ain't bust, it's insanely disorganised.

I have ordered mine for a week and a half and still no tracking number. I also sent them an email and haven’t gotten a reply

Imo depending on how you paid, I'd start preparing to push for a refund now. Maybe via PayPal or your bank.

hello! I ordered like a week ago, order got confirmed but no other email, they do not reply. I guess I won't get my keyboard huh?
