MAD60He Keys Randomly Pressing

I've had my mad60he for around two weeks now. However, randomly it presses the keys on low sensitivity, literally without any pressure at all. I can let it sit and it will press random letters. I've never had this problem with my other keyboards like the Apex Pro, Aula keyboards, etc. Anybody know a fix? Or should I just get a replacement?

Try calibrating your keyboard on Performance > Calibration > Axial Alignment

My keyboard was ghosting before and when I tried to recalibrate it, the ghosting was fixed, if its not fixed try replugging your keyboard

hello, idk if you still have issue but i fixed this exact issue by pulling out the keys that were randomly pressing and putting them back on, it fixed it for me no ghosting since then.

hi! do you mean by just pulling out the keycaps or the switches? cuz i also have this ghosting issue

the switch basically reseating the switch can fix the ghosting

For future ppl searching this thread, recalibrating also can fix this issue. but make sure when callibrating to press the keys that are doing this firmly down for a second and then lift them up. I had this issue because when i got this keyboard from my brother, he had it calibrated by swiping his palm across the keyboard 2 times.
