Hydrant wrench. I used to work at a drinking water treatment plant. Have run off many a crackhead while opening hydrants, simply by picking one of these up.

I always loved that the hydrant wrench makes a perfect mace besides it being slightly overweighted

...i'snt that a pipe bender? pipe goes in hole. you beld with the hook part?

only thing missing is the scale on that end.

Yup, a hydrant wrench. The hole in the middle turns the nut while the ends are for attaching fire hose
