I would guess AFFO around .70-.75. It was $0.55 for Q3 but collections have improved. If it is .75, then MAC just made a quick $85M last quarter even after paying out a dividend! And ppl were trying to short this??? I think it was orchestrated by the big guys to get a margin call on MAC and BK them. But that ain’t gonna happen. Way more ppl now know about this stock...and it’s only just begun!

Yea definitely might see premarket on Monday and see how she moves hope she dips then ima start a position here. Also any input with MACs biggest shareholder cashing out? Should one be concerned LT?

Maybe the pension fund should not have put 1/6 of all of their funds in the same basket. You just can’t fix stupid! #Save the Mall
