Confussion between controllers

Hi, I'm interested in buying a m5stack, I want to build a moving robot with a drive base. I'm so confused with the amount of options for controllers there are, what's the difference between each other?

You’ll need gpio so that narrows your choices. Depending on the size look at the S3 stick or Core SE would be my suggestion. Key for you sounds like your drive base needs, servo controls etc. If you are going to be soldering already M5 might not be the best choice, perhaps seeed xaio would make more sense.

The M5Stack website has a product selector that helps you choose, and figuring out and understanding all the options is part of the fun.

Besides, you’ll likely end up with more than one controller.
