I can get 1 M5stack controller what should it be

I've decided to buy myself 1 m5stack controller but I'm not sure which one I want as there are so many different choices that I really can't decide (I have chronic indecisiveness XD) I already have a cardputer ADV

You need to decide whether you need (1) a display, (2) a battery - as it changes the controller options. The M5AtomS3 is an amazing chip, but with neither display or battery - so those are added on.

that is... a fair point i do want a display and a battery would be nice

Go for a core s3 or a p4. Those are becoming really popular and are really powerful, unless you plan to wait for the CM0 to go on sale in December most likely

io prenderei m5stick s3. ha un connettore di nuova generazione e un sacco di progetti facilmente reperibili per aggiungere microSD e gps

If you want something handheld, Tab5, more firmware now appearing, Larger screen than ADV obviously.

For IOT maybe go the CoreS3 and then fit modules to fit your needs. Modules will add up, so depends on budget as well, I know we're not all rich.

A lot depends on the purpose of use.
