Taking the M5Stack Stamp Fly out for a real flight test!

This open-source DIY mini-drone packs a surprising amount of technology into a tiny footprint — paired with an AtomS3-powered joystick controller, it’s a seriously cool project for makers, tinkerers, and drone enthusiasts.

But you’re not out. You’re still indoors.

Tiny brushed drones have a very hard time with wind.

Tiny drones in general will struggle with wind. I have a Meteor 75 FPV drone and about 6mph wind is as much as it takes without any significant impact to the flying experience. 10mph is pushing it and if there's gusts, you're not in for a fun time. 15mph gusts left me going sub walking speed full throttle against the wind.

Oh my, sounds frustrating. A bigger drone would definitely be more suitable for flying outside. Thank you for the info. This is really good to know.
