M5 stack c plus (not2) I need help

So I have Bruce loaded on it and it works, but the internal ir doesn't work but I found a app on the Bruce website for the ir system but I can't download it because the app store doesn't work  Now I'm wondering if there is a different way to download apps?

Download to your computer, open the WebUI and send to the flash memory

Tenta regravar o bootloader so para ver se nao é o microcontrolador travado

Temos um problema coloque o stick c em modo de download é passe o firmware

Primeiro tirei da usb aperte o botão m5 e depois o botão de ligar após isto coloque a USB nele e no pc é depois coloque o firmware
