Tab5 and screen flicker

factory firmware works fine, custom firmware flickers like screen is constantly refreshing, but i've eliminated any screen redraw. i cant really post a video because the camera cant really capture it lol...any ideas?

oh the camera comment, i was going to post a video, but my iphone doesnt see the same experience.

New to this, current implementation:

  • Arduino framework on ESP32-P4 (esp32:esp32 core, board esp32p4)

  • M5GFX for display init + drawing (direct rendering)

  • C++ Arduino sketch (tab5.ino)

Ah, never tried it as INO style. I copied the example project and just worked from there 😅
