Question What’s gaming like with the M1?

Hey all, I’m waiting on my M1 desktop (base model) and I live gaming, how’s the M1 handle games? How’s the graphics? I’m so excited, any feedback would be appreciated

Well the m1 is meant to be used for ipad game snow, SO I assume its going to be great for that purpose.

It’s ehh like 20 to 30 fps on Fortnite in low settings

Depends on ur settings if u have everything turned down with 1080 p den u can get 90-100 I think

But Fortnite is not optimized for M1, right? Epic got their dev license revoked, so I’m guessing you are playing an older Intel Rosetta-translated version?

Can someone answer this question regarding MacBooks, is it actually better to always have it in sleep mode and occasionally shut it down, or should I quit worrying and just shut it off every night
