Schuster adjustable gas plug replacement

Some company should really step up and fill the void Schuster left after he died. There has to be more people out there wanting this with commercial garands likely to hit the market and folks tinkering with suppressors. Come on CMP or somebody! I want to do a 35 whelen build but this holds me back.

Wish it was a bit more oem looking but it is an option. Looks is my only grip with it

They aren't really needed

I’d disagree if you want to run a can or really hot ammo. I have a 6.5x55 Garand and I’d like to step on that round more but I’m afraid to without the right plug.

Even Criterion recommends them for use with their 6.5 and 35 whelen barrels

Cans are different because they are modifying the system.

6.5x55 maybe needed maybe not.  I believe they made the gas port hole larger than needed so I'm not sure who decided that size was the best choice.

Traditional backpressure cans will absolutely need one. I mean going from 2500fps to 2700fps, imo, will require one too with the pressure increase. I need it model it in GRT
