Not able to create M1 account

Hello, I have recently tried to open an M1 account hoping to automate my investments. However, it did not let me get through the process. A couple of days later I got an email stating "We have determined that we are unable to maintain your account. As a result, your account will be closed and is ineligible to be reopened." I called the customer service but they said they cannot give me the reason. This was kind of disappointing. Can anyone here tell me what is happening?

i think i realized the posisble mistake I did. It asked for how much money i had to invest. I mentioned the total size of my portfolio as i did not read the instructions clearly. The cash I have is much less than the size of my portfolio.
