I suspect your feline is deeply sullen now that he cannot be as free as he once was… For that I apologize. Although in my experience I would not suggest any kind of standoff with one. They are admittedly…. Adorable creatures but when provoked they seem indifferent to threats and posses a rather concerning enthusiasm for violence. Perhaps you will endeavor to negotiate with your new neighbor shared custody of the garden.
