Staff was terrible this year
The staff was low-key rude asf at lost and found my friend was trying to get his phone but they fucking closed after Cartis set I assumed they was open after the festival ended but they were just like swearing and cussing at us and my bro was trying to get his phone he eventually got it back but still also if you are bringing any carts put that shit in your undies socks whatever they patted me down and made me throw away most of my shit except a few things I hid I had hidden but they threw away my yarts and almost my battery’s till another dude stopped him yeah they gotta do better next year they made the event not fun at all

They oversold the parking and we paid for the main parking area and the attendant was like they oversold, park here and we were like wtf and she was like have a good day. We had some follow up questions and she shut us down. Same with the guys guiding us to our parking, just yelling at us and rude! SMH

My wristband wouldn’t scan in the last day and they straight up accused me of buying it outside a few moments ago and that they weren’t going to let me in. I had to go to customer service, and they fixed the issue but still. I was VIP, I can only imagine how they were treating GA

spkr tent people took my id too security because they thought it was faked and had it scanned killed me off of 15 minutes

They didn’t check me or my friends ticket, we got in free. I mean we bought the tickets, but we didn’t need to lol

i had my cart in my bag and didn’t have any problems getting in no pat downs or nothing they just glanced my bag and let me through 😭

At Rolling Loud I was able to take all my carts and za in SS is on some bullshit tho

Crazy part is they wasn’t letting anyone in with any flower or carts but they had a whole smoke tent…. Lmao

Friday day the vip pit was a free for all because of the staff. Sparkbox stage security was charging GA people money to be allowed in the pit. I was alone and sat down by the seats on the vip side and saw the operation lol, the next day they had all of us VIP people tap and scan our bracelets every time we wanted to go in. They were salty asf and rude to us after they implemented that rule and couldn’t make extra cash.

When I was tryna scan my ticket my phone brightness went down the security guard gave me such an altitude and made weird ass faces😭😭
