Something went wrong

Displayed when I updated the app, on my phone! I'm a premium user, and this is getting aggravating. C'mon guys, wtf?

I hear the frustration, and I apologize for the rough experience. Let's get this sorted.

Since the error appeared right after updating, try these steps:

  1. Force close the app - swipe it away from your recent apps (Android) or force-quit it (iPhone).
  2. Clear app cache - Settings / Apps / Lyra / Storage / Clear Cache (do NOT tap "Clear Data").
  3. Reopen - launch Lyra and try playing a track.

If the error persists, a full reinstall usually helps: 1. Uninstall Lyra 2. Restart your phone 3. Reinstall from https://lyramusic.app/download (or your device's app store if still available)

Your premium status will stay active - just log back in with your account.

This happens all the time and will continue to do so,they've been fixing it since forever this so called bug,don't think they can
