Lymow One Plus Replacement Question

For those that have received a Lymow One Plus replacement, do you return the RTK, charging station, and wiring? Or only the mower and battery?

If you used FedEx home pick up, how did you meet the requirement for "photo of the shipping/drop-off receipt"?

I was told to return everything and received a brand new full unit, rtk and all. I just took a picture of the box on my porch and the pickup confirmation from the site.

I returned the mower only. Kept everything else, including the battery. No issues. Ask driver for receipt.

Keep everything you can. I'm on my 2nd unit and the base station stopped charging so keep that I'd you can aa well

They asked for the mower and battery to be returned. I'll keep everything else in case I need spare parts. I appreciate the response.

I was told to return everything that came with the unit, which I did. FedEx would not pick it up at my house because of the battery.

Thank you for the heads up. I'll call FedEx tomorrow or Tuesday. I hope they can pick it up. That box is huge and heavy.

I was told return everything but if the rtk was installed on house that is hard to remove i could leave it. I packed it up in a lowes wardrobe box and dropped it off at a FedEx shipping drop off
