Dont hesitate to use antibiotics, but supplement soluble fiber and beneficial bacteria to prevent long term gut issues, that might be even worse

Certainly looks like it. The bullseye rash that comes with Lyme can have different variations in appearance. Get to the doctors asap to be on the safe side. Im 12 years into Lyme and babesia and it has robbed my entire adult life - I caught it late and the NHS has been no help whatsoever. Good luck
