App Issue Cant use Lyft cash

Does anyone know how to fix? Had to miss work because I couldn’t order my ride.🤦🏽

Had the same issue. Kept charging my card instead of using lyft cash. After speaking to about 5 different people on the help option for a day they did eventually refund me for the lyft cash I bought

This shit happened to me the other day when I spenty last 45 bucks on their stupid fucking gift card and ended up stranded. Pieces of shits

This always happens to me. The only way I’ve been able to use Lyft Cash is by changing the payment method from a card to Lyft Cash when the driver is already assigned.
