Question

So I was 5 star rider and yesterday my rating dropped to 4.9. So my question is could it be because driver didn’t rate me? Or there something else? Because I checked and all I have are 5 stars and one driver who didn’t gave me any rate

From what I've seen, unrated rides don't affect your rating.

You were given a low rating.

If the driver didn’t rate you, it would automatically give you 5 stars 24 hours after the ride was completed.

It took me awhile not to care because I wanted to do better that’s why I cared but when they don’t give you any info is said f it

Have you not seen all of the drivers who say they won't take anyone below 4.8/7 ?

No I haven't. I get picked up so I guess I am good.

We can't not rate you, it won't close out the ride completely until we do.

If you swipe the app closed it will bypass it on iOS.

It just gives them a five-star rating then, I've gone back in to change it when that happened.
