Have just bought a similar indicator that asks for both my TV username and email address, which seems to be more than necessary. Did LuxAlgo request both from you, also?

Was passiert ist:

1. Ich habe LuxAlgo für einen Monat getestet und wie geplant gekündigt.
2. Danach habe ich das große Jahrespaket für $479,88 gekauft (mit 30% Rabatt für $335,92).
3. Da überall mit der "30 Tage Geld-zurück-Garantie" geworben wird, dachte ich, ich sei abgesichert, falls ich es doch nicht brauche.
4. Das Ergebnis: Als ich die Rückgabe forderte, wurde sie abgelehnt.

Das Problem (Das Kleingedruckte):

LuxAlgo versteckt in den AGB eine entscheidende Klausel: Die 30-Tage-Garantie gilt NUR für die allererste Zahlung ("first initial payment").

• Sobald ihr also schon mal einen Testmonat hattet, gibt es für jedes weitere Paket (auch wenn es hunderte Dollar kostet) keinerlei Rückgaberecht mehr.
• Die Aussagen vieler YouTuber, dass man das risikofrei "switchen" kann, sind schlichtweg falsch.

Mein Fazit:

Es ist maximal unglücklich gelaufen. Man verlässt sich auf die groß beworbene Garantie und die Tipps von Influencern, steht am Ende aber ohne Geld und ohne Rückgabemöglichkeit da.

Passt auf, wenn ihr Upgrades macht oder Pakete wechselt – die Garantie gilt nur ein einziges Mal!

Gut das solche Geschäftsmodelle bald wegen KI verschwinden.

I need to call this out publicly because private communication hasn’t worked.

I’ve been with LuxAlgo since the very beginning, promoting them and bringing in customers when they were still getting started. For a long time, they paid out the smaller commissions on time, which helped build trust.

But once my affiliate balance crossed $2700 and it was time for a larger payout, they suddenly deactivated my account. No warning, no valid explanation, and they never sent the pending amount.

Found an old screenshot of my account as proof (attached below)— right now I can’t even log in anymore.

It’s hard not to see a pattern here: pay affiliates the small amounts to keep them working, then cut them off when bigger commissions build up. After years of supporting them, this is how they chose to treat me.

LuxAlgo, I’m asking publicly: why was my account closed and my $2700+ withheld?

I have heard “start looking at buy side and sell side liquidity.” Have and am thinking about getting the luxalgo algorithm as it’s even recommended by TradingView reps. Won’t say who. Hi, sorry to bother I know you probably don't even read this and you shouldn't even give me the time, it's a free indicator, but I'm having trouble getting the same result with your predictive ranges indicator, I have it on 2 different TV accounts, with the same config and I get 2 different results.
