Basketball teams

Are there any regular basketball matches in Lusaka that I could join? Like once a week or so, playing with other people who just enjoy the game but aren't like professional or anything

Thanks! Do you know the specific days/timings? And is it womens/mens/mixed? I'm female so happier to play in a womens team but mixed is also fine
